Why is my car slow?

I had 4 people in it (all from work) and it felt like before the Y-pipe with the VTC's grounded

Then the worst part came, I was at a stop light and it started idling like **** and then when I went to go the power was surging like the idle, Seemed to go away after I got into second gear but ugh, it pissed me off. That's not even the bad part, my co-workers said "now your car idles like a race car"

I haven't even driven it since and that was 2 nights ago.

but to keep from a lock, lets play the "what caused this game". I might actually get around to giving the car some attention tommarrow to find out whats up, but lets get the guess's in. Again, it seems to have gone away, but I only drove the car ~2 miles to my house and only had 1 stop between when it started acting up between where it started acting up and my house and it idled fine there.

I'm thinking idle air hose got loose from the mid-pipe :-o

The answer to your question, in short, is the driver/mechanic.

That's the only conclusion I could come up with. hehehe

shawn, go outside and drive it for a few miles and see what happens again. it could have simply been condensation on the inside of the intake causing the MAF to go nuts. it could have been other things as well...

but my guess it that it was just a hiccup. go take it out and drive it for a few miles. give it an Italian Tuneup and then see how things work.

I started it up last night again, ran good

I'd give it an italian tuneup but Shawn doesn't want a ticket
