pull the plug wires off one at a time (reconnect it after each cylinder) listen for to see if any cylinder DOESN"T change the way the car is running.
one you've found that, you know which cylinder is bad.
then your options are:
Fuel injector
Plug
Wire
Distributor Cap
Usually it's the first one.
The others are regular maintenance items any ways, so replace if not done within the last year.
I sell all of the above mentioned parts

You can try to check the ohms on that injector it should ohm at 11 to 14 ohms. Just connect to the two wires on the injector plug to the ohm meter

if you are doing it yourself, it's no big deal to do them one at a time.
if you are paying someone else to do them, then I highly recommend doing them all at once if you can afford it.

I sell injectors
