The left side of my rear spoiler is beginning to come off a bit, is it just on there with some good adhesive? How can I attach it again. If it is just adhesive, could I take it off, because there's some rust underneath, and the put it back on.

Yes. I have faith in you. You can do it!

I am in the same boat as you. Only difference is the right side of my spoiler has come off.. I used some heavy duty velcro with some industrial strength double sided tape.. Works wonders... Good thing is I didn't have any rust (at least not yet) Any hardware store sells the velcro...

I got this from this site: http://members.csinet.net/tisch/maxima/

Spoiler separating from trunk
Solution to this problem involves using "windshield adhesive." I had Kendrick Nissan do this for me last year on my white Maxima. It seated the spoiler down nicely. They clamped if for a couple hours for it to cure.

Yes, that's my writeup, thanks for posting the link. If you have any further questions, let me know. I suggest getting rid of the rust and then re-securing it. That windshield adhesive certainly did the trick after I had the bodyshop remove the rust.
