Injector stuck wide open help!?

Injector stuck wide open help!?
I just recently swaped in a new vg motor and everythings workin well, (starting etc) but for some reason injector 2 is staying wide open for some reason, and when i turn the ignition off and pull out the key the gauge lights are staying on???? anyone have any suggestions??
