You can get them on ebay for like $60. Or you can replace the bushings yourself with either the factory rubber ones or energy suspension polyurethane bushings. If you replace them yourself it is kind of a pita because you have to modify the new bushing to fit right. It is definitly worth it to replace them with the polyurethane ones.

I think there is a write-up somewhere in the stickies on how to replace the bushings yourself.

Yeah whether you're replacing the whole arm (or arms) because they're actually damaged or bent, or just the bushings, internetautomar sells them both. It's additional work to do the poly bushings though, and some cutting/tweaking is needed for the rear one if you're doing it that way (not to mention removing the bushings).

The hard part is sometimes getting the control arm off. On my car one side just wiggled out (eventually), but the other side had the inside metal sleeve siezed on, requiring brute force and mangling to pull the arm.... then the sleeve is another matter. What a PITA.

Anyway, good luck.

One of mine was seized up like that and I had to take off the other piece that held the front bushing on. Once I got them off I just burned the front bushing until they came apart. Taking the other piece off made it much easier because I had to grind it to make Matt's lower tie bar fit.
