Pulsing lights & weight question

I'm having a problem with every light on my car pulsing. Every light, headlights, map lights, dash, everything. The pulsing stops when I depress the brakes or put the a/c on full blast. Any ideas? Someone told me it might be a loose connection somewhere.

Also, how much weight can be put into a 92 gxe with stock suspension and all that without damaging it?

Any help on either matter would be greatly appreciated.

I went to AutoZone to get some stuff and had them test the alternator while I was there and they said it was fine.

well its called dimming.. and its a sign that somthing in your charging system is going bad.. get the batt. tested (I once did 4 tests 2 said it was ok.. then the last 2 said replace it) so if u got that tested dont think it's not the problem..
could be the alternator just as well... get everything tested agian...check your batt. terminals.. if u see acid, clean it well and maybe lightly sand paper the terminal to insure perfect contact. (battery acid could be a sign too)

Well you can put this much weight in it (About 500lb) But you will need turbo just to pull off a geo storm. Nah just kidding not that slow. But you can figure for every 100lb you add to a car your going to loose a tenth of a second on the 1/4 mile.

About the weight, im not really worried about racing. Just want to know how much can be put in without damaging the suspension.
