My real question is this what would be a nice sounding system that would replace my bose system. My bose system is dying. The speakers only play clear it's warm outside.
I want something that sounds equally as good as the system or better with out having to get a box.

Are you looking for comparable, or louder? What's your budget... realistically? Do you want to do the install, or someone else? (Install just takes patience and knowledge) What do you want to do? It's better to begin with reality then conquer the dreams. Baby steps.

Well luckily someone in this forum is a Memphis fan... and that would be me. But I believe in setting up a system to the person's expectations more than just pushing a product. So as nelledge said, what's your budget? Do you plan on adding subs later on? Etc etc.

Reason I ask, Memphis has some really good mids out of those speakers, but the highs aren't that great. If you add subs later on, you'll have to work the speakers harder to get the highs. Clarions have really good highs.

It just all depends upon what you're looking to do.

Well I got all memphis in my car 4X6,6X9 and 2 10's in the back and it sounds real good I got all that and a 200.00 cd player box and wireing installed for 700.00 but I love my memphis but yea its your price range so do what you can do the install is easy for the cd player and 6X9's the 4X6's you either have to make your own brackets or go to a local nissan dealer and order the non bose brackets
