Crankshaft pulley is stuck, Any suggestions?

i've been doind some work and ended up taking the timing belt off a camshaft pulley. To get it back on I need to remove the crankshaft pulley so I can get to the timing belt adustment. I can't get the pulley off though. The manual says it should just wiiggle off or maybe a little prying with a screwdriver. I hit it with some PB blaster and had a three jaw puller on it, but still nothing. I have managed to chip a lip on the pulley, but that's it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mine was stuck too. I used alot of PB blaster and rented 3 different pullers from autozone to get it off. I donno the name of the puller i tried, but just try another. I didn't have anything left to my outer lip either...

What I have done on my VG was to tap the center with a rubber mallet and then work it back and forth with 2 screwdrivers in between the back of the pulley and the block.

Ya, auto zone has a few pullers. Get the biggest one the have. That's what I used to get mine off.

I've got a 6 or 7 inch puller, but still nothing. Last night I soaked it in PB, then tried pulling but nothing. A couple broken lips but that's it. I left the puller on overnight, so it might have done something but I doubt it. Which lip should I pull from? First I tried the middle pulley's lip, but it was too thin and broke. Now it's on the thicker lip between the first and second pulley (compressor and alternator pulleys, I believe). Any suggestions?

i know on the VE there are 2 holes for the puller that you screw into the pulley, I forget if the 2 holes are on the VG pulley. If they are you might have better luck with that type of pulley puller.
