someone help plz!!!!

When i'm accelerating around 2500-3500RPM's, mainley in 2nd and 3rd gear, it feels like the car is skipping or misfiring, has anyone had this problem and what do i do to fix it??? All the fuel injectors have been replaced within the past 40,000 miles

i don't think so, it doesn't do it all the time, like i jsut took it out and it didn't do it, it shouldn't need a tune up either, the previous owner had it tuned up before he put it up for 1 1/2 months, then i bought it, is it possible the spark plugs or spark plug wires are bad?
