Control arm bushing??

My max is making lots of clunking from the passenger side wheel... I replaced the wheel, but that wasn't the problem. I recently replaced the brakes (first time myself), and the front struts. I took it into the mechanic to have it checked out, and they said that the control arm bushing is shot, and that it could also be the shocks.
How much would you think the control arm bushing would cost? What is involved in replacing it?
Thanks-

$10 for the bushing, about an hour worth of book time labor.

The bushing can be hard to punch out yourself, get the arm off and press it out at a shop. any repaire manual will tell you how to do it. haynes, chilton, factory.

I'd also look into the strut bearings. My '92 had original pieces for entire suspension (Except struts that were changed 6 years ago). There were ALOT of clunking going over bumps. First thing I did get all new suspension parts, but then I did the struts first, and I replaced the bearings and the clunking went away completely. I did the control arm anyway because I had it and the original was old...
