Wont start

Hi i have a 93 gxe. The prob is that it wont start. it worked fine when i parked it last night but now it cranks it just wont start. when i pulled my spark plugs they were wet so im pretty sure im getting fuel, and i just change my dist, plugs, wires, and dist. button. i have already checked my maf and ignition coil and both chech out fine. before this my car would idle rough and act like it was missing, but after driving for a while the prob would go away. My question is has anyone had this prob and what did you do to fix this. Im thinking my timing is just off because when i try to start it sometimes it will sputter a little. i changed my t-belt recently could a loose tensioner be the prob. if so wouldnt it mess up the engine and prevent it from rotating at all. Thanks in advance

wet spark plugs? is it getting too much fuel and flooding? bad injectors?

Check your timing.
the distributor itself may have been reinstalled wrong when the timing belt was done.
or possibly even left loose or loosened itself after a bit
