Yellow rear tails.

No big thing but i havent seen anyone else post a thread with the yellow tails. I love the way it looks.

i thought the lense had a yellow tint not the bulb.

I thnk you can rip out that lense, I did on my VE tails.

yeah u can rip it out. i did this about 3 years ago and painted the chrome trim with the MAXIMA letters in black. go to my cardomain site and u'll c it. its on my last page.

did mine a little while ago, I'm the only car around town with the amber glow in the tail lights so its a nice touch but does make you sort of a target( no tickets yet though)

yeah u gotta be careful with that. not my type of mod but it looks nice just try not to get pulled over.

i talked to a cop here in az and he said it's legal as long as they arent white. I dont know about anyplace else but thats what he told me

same crap over here but mine r still the clear bulbs and i've only been warned about them once by an idiot cop a week after i ripped out the amber lense and reflectors but thats about it.

Yeah, I think they are legal, since I have had mine like this for almost two years and have had no problems.

only problem i had was that one of the driver side bulb wires was a little short so i had to sauter and lengthen it.

The amber light is on all the time with your regular park lights, Ont he regualr lights it is only on when you turn on the turn signal.This is how the maxima appeared in car magazines and such when it was first released
