for the small bushing you need a press. If you dont have a press you cant put the new one in very easily. You can cut the old one out but putting the new one in is a little more difficult. I have a machine shop close to me that is willing to do little stuff like that for a minimum fee (was like $15 for both bushings) but most machine shops dont want to fool with stuff like that.
You can get the urethane bushings and install them easily by yourself though. Or you can talk to Matt93SE because he has a swap program where he does the stock bushings.

there is a writeup on it floating around on 4dsc IIRC, but depending on which you have most of, time, skill or money, tou may be best off buying the whole arm as it comes complete with the bushings already installed and new Ball joints are included as well.
