Tune up question

92 GXE VG Engine Automatic transmission.

My max was idling rough lately. You could feel vibration while idling in drive or reverse, neutral was not too bad. It started suddenly so I believed it was a clogged fuel filter. I did a tune up: I changed engine oil and oil filter, air filter, fuel filter and spark plugs. Vibration is 90% gone, but the car is not running as smooth as it used to be, is there any other item that could be cleaned/replaced to get rid of the remaining 10% vibration?
