anyone have pics of brown leather interior?

no, it's not a burgundy color at all, it's a few shades darker than regular tan leather, but not at all like burguny, right between tan and burgundy, if no one has ever heard of this color on an interior maybe it was custom, but it definitely looked stock

that's really weird that no one else has ever heard of this color interior before. It must have been stock, meaning it's either super rare (only offered on automatic 94s or something) or I could be somehow mistaken and maybe the previous owner did smoke a lot and the tan leather got a few shades darker- who knows?

ever seen a stock 3rd gen with red leather? i have, the lady who bought it had to put money down on the car so they didn't special make it for no reason. so basically, it is possible that it was a special order interior. but yeah, just buy some new leather and you're set.

The first pic with the leather is the GXE style leather (i.e. no striped stitching down the middle). I found black ones in kick-*** condition back in October, but the leather is very thick on the surface only and not very smooth like it was meant to be. I think the previous owner may have put seat covers on which restricted the leather from breathing, and thus it dried and hardened. Is there anyway of re-capturing the softness? I've been using McGuiar's leather wipes on them, but even though they shine, they still haven't softened the leather at all. Any comments welcome.
