Fuel Pressure Riser?

Will a Fuel Pressure Riser increase any performance in a normally aspirated car? If so what company to go with? How to install it? Any recommendations?

nah... not until you are pushing enough power to need more fuel. the car runs a bit on the rich side stock so you'd only decrease performance by raising the pressure anymore.

Would getting bigger injectors or an upgraded fuel pump have the same result?

fuel pump wouldn't change anything except for potential. larger injectors would make it run very rich causing it to also lose a lot of power. i know with even 259 cc injectors (stock is 180 cc) the car will barely run with an unmodified ecu.

So even if I get a JWT ECU, and tell them to incorporate the modifications necessary to take advantage of an upgraded fuel delivery system. To simply upgrade the fuel system wouldn't do anything practically, unless I'm pushing alot more power.

correct. i don't believe you'd even need any fuel upgrades for anything jwt can do ecu wise. once you start getting into forced induction, nitrous, or even going high compression then it starts to change. (although you having a VE already it would take some custom made pistons to go any high compression and whatnot).

basically, you're fuel system is fine at the moment.

I thought that the pistons from the VG30DETT would fit in the VE. Or is it the VG30E? I forgot.

both would, but the TT pistons would be better. the VG30E pistons would fit but you'd have to use the VG30E rods and both of those would be a downgrade of what you already have. the VE already has the TT rods basically so you could slap on some higher compression VG30DE pistons or some lower compression VG30DETT pistons for some boost.

you're too slow... must be because you have a VE
