Windshield wipers dont work! please help

my windshield wipers stoped working after i took apart the dash and installed new gauges. i noticed that when i didnt have my warning lights hooked up, my turn signals didnt work because the circuit wasnt complete? I figured that this is the same issue with my windshield wipers and i double checked all the plugs and they seem fine... when i pull the lever towards me, it still shoots the fluid on the windshild, the blades just dont move. does anyone know what the problem is? or which plugs are part of the circuit for the windshield wipers?

check your wiper fuses in your fuse box below your dash, if you didn't remove your battery cable while installing your new gauges you might have blown a fuse in the transition
