No, Maxes have a 5*4.5 (5*114.3) bolt pattern.

i was a bit scared for a sec, then I saw some other variations...so, 5-100 & 5-4.5 should work

That's getting a little high for a 3-gen(offset-wise). Depends on how wide the rim is and how wide a tire you use. I could rub the inside strut.

It's 18x7 and the tires are the Nitto 555s, I think 235/40/18 or something like that.

Well compare to this. the 16" z rims that people use on 3-gens are 45-46mm offset and are about7" wide. With 225-50 sized tires, it rubs the rear strut tower and is fine in the front. So 3mm less offset on yours but 10mm more width on the tire. I think it will rub. But you can try them out before buying?

I checked my notes, and I wrote down:

225/40-18 and 215/40-18

...so i'm not sure what size tires I will be gettin

Well it sounds like you may need atleast 3mm spacers for the rear ngthing to prevent the rubing and make the wheels look flush with the fender.
