0-60 time for stock ve 5sp
#4
Motor Trend Oct. 1991 (Road Test)
0-60 = 7.6 seconds
Quarter mile = 15.9 @ 89.4 mph
Car and Driver Nov. 1991 (Road Test)
0-60 = 6.7 seconds
Quarter mile = 15.3 @ 91 mph
Car and Driver Aug. 1992 (Comparison Test with Camry SE and SHO)
0-60 = 7.0
Quarter Mile = 15.5 @ 91 mph
I think tires would play as big a part 0-60 as anything. For the quarter mile, basic bolt ons should get you in the upper 14s or low 15s.

There's no way even a modded max with na bolts ons is going to pull a legit sub 6 sec time. A stock 240hp E36 M3 does the 0-60 in about 5.7-5.9. And they are rwd. So you are going to need a hell of alot more than 240hp. Look at what the 3.5VQ maximas are pulling and they have 260-270hp.

I dont know... i read what the thing tells me, and I let up just after 60. I'll have to repeat it with someone in the car with a stop watch, cuz certainly time dilation shouldnt be a problem since we arent at relativistic speeds.

0-60 time isn't the most acurate way of judging which car will get to point B from point A first.
Car A with a 0-60 of 6.6 can be behind Car B with a 0-60 time of 7.0
Time to distance is a more accurate way of judging which is the quicker car.

I've read MANY reviews about G-Tech and it's not that accurate. It's useful for before/after comparisons, but I wouldn't trust the times.
Do you really believe you could pull under 6 seconds 0-60? (I know - HEATED DRAG RADIALS!)
