Electrical Problems

Just in the last week, I've had a couple of electrical problems come up. I drove my Maxima last Tuesday, and everything was fine, but when I went to crank on Friday, my digital clock and radio were dead (no other displays, though). In addition, my seatbelt does not go down anymore when I open the door unless the car is on (not necessarily cranked). It isn't a fuse problem (unless I didn't change the right fuse). We did experience some cold weather last week, but I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it. Can anyone help out?

New Problem

I stand corrected on the fuse problem. The fuse marked "Electron. Batt." was blown, and upon replacing it, my radio, clock and seatbelt are now working, HOWEVER, I couldn't replace the fuse without the horn going off and blaring every second. I removed the horn fuse, which effectively stopped that (lol) but it would be nice to have the horn back. I appreciate any help anyone can give!

the horn going off was the alarm system.
put the fuse back in and unlock your car's DOORS from the passenger side using the key

why would the alarm go off?

I haven't tried unlocking with the key yet, but why would the alarm go off if the doors are ALREADY unlocked? Also, I pulled the fuse of the A/T Alarm and the horn still went off.

Horn _oR- hORN? My helmet horns never go off...

The alarm is in engine bay (e-bay?) corner, the car horn in front. Which ? one starts playing...

Its Alarming if alarm horn plays without fuse, then u have one with extra batt backup.

the sensor in the door may be thinking that the door is still locked.
if the car senses the door being opened while the car is locked it sets off the horn.

I have the same exact problem expect instead of taking the fuse out like a smart person, I pulled off the steering wheel cover and ripped out the wire for the horn. If you or anyone else ever finds a solution to this problem, pls let me know.
