That guy was putting together ECUs for s13s and s14s before. He must have expanded his business. I emailed him maybe 5 or 6 months ago and he said he wouldn't be doing Maxima ECUs. Apparently, he changed his mind.

the only thing i find odd is the 120 mph limiter that he "removed"... also, n/a i don't believe you really want a 12:1 afr unless you're going with boost. that's a bit rich for a n/a engine.

Top speed of 120mph eliminated
Enough said. My ECU must've been upgraded when my sister had it since I've been above 120 numerous times.

FWIW, I just looked at his feedback on ebay and there are a lot of 240sx guys that gave him positive feedback and said the ECU helped. No negative feedback, either. He had a couple that were negative and then mutually withdrawn, but all of his ECU ones were legit. Also, I noticed he sold some VH45DE (Q45) upgrade and z32TT upgrade ECUs

I still hold true that the 1989 auto ecu has 125mph limiter... not sure if anyone else has experienced it, but I will hold that until someone shows me the data from the eprom.
