Due to our great Minnesota snow and ice, I now need to replace my front passenger side fender, which became intimate with a guard rail. Is there any difference in the 1989 fender and fenders for later models, like the 19909, 1991, 1992, 1994?

How many bolts hold this thing on?

 

nope, 4 bolts on either side hold the bumper on, but to access those you remove the plastic lining in the fender, and then there are ~7 bolts holding each fender on.
