If you consider an amp and subs a mod, that was the first thing I did... I had the factory head unit ripped out before I'd even signed the loan paperwork on the GXE...

The first REAL mod I did on it was sus Tech sway bar set.

 

Entire stereo system all at once. If you don't consider that a mod the my first and only mod would be clear corners. I'm upgrading to a 5 speed in a few day's. That in itself is a mod to be happy for. Hello 1990 Maxima SE (feels better than GXE)

 

My very first mod was an HAI.

 

The first mod I did was on my second maxima, and it was a combination 5 speed, and partial int. swap.

 

full warpspeed exhuast, since i bought it with a broken b-pipe



the entire loudness of the exhuast was coming straight out of the resonator. sounded kinda sweet, but you could hear it 3 blocks away if you stepped on it.....now its only 2 1/2 blocks away with my new exhaust

Back in 1998 i put APC ricey Green bulbs... they were supposed to be blue
and some Nissan SeatBelt Shoulder Pads into my 1989 SE Auto.

edit: my first max had NOTHING done to it, except putting on brakes and refilling the oil when the oil filter split open.
staright 30 and stp, good for a year.

 

Headunit, then suspension a week later when my LF spring snapped.

same here on the sterio the factroy bose lasted 6 days and then it all came out and in went an amp pio cd and full rewire

first real mod would have been ypipe, hai and udp all at once when i was replacing my 1st trans

I think that was my 1st mod too (got it from a SWA group buy when I 1st joined the org). I had some "Nismo" seat belt pads put on either before or after the pedals (forget exactly).

 

What does this mean?

 

Ricer foglights, because my driver's side factory lamp was busted. They were only supposed to be temporary. Never got around to getting a new OEM one though. Oh well.

since this is my first max I guess it would be the Tauros Cup holders.

But just consentrating on briging it back to stock before any real mods go in.

 

mine was a universal muffler, then a deck, an FSTB, then a HAI, then a Y-pipe, then some NGK Blue wires.

 

First mod was the CD player with a Basslink... oh ya.

 

Right now my max is stock, but I need to put on some stock parts first, like the oem front break pads and rotors. These ****ty $50 ones are dusting like crazy.

But for my first mod Its going to be a cup holder. Then minuets later Im going to mod the stock air box. After that Im getting a a good y pipe, good cai, rear sway, 1in lowering springs and front sway bar. Im doing the ypipe, CAI, and rear sway all at once. Im going to mod in stages, as that way it will be a bigger diffrence. Its like accerating from 35-40-45-50 or going from 35-50 faster. If you know what I mean.(Bah it needs to warm up!!)
