Motor Mounts

I'm filling my mounts with 94A polyurethane. What is the best way to remove the old rubber from the mounts?

drill, saw/dremel, could do heat but I dont know how well that will work.

I would leave enough in to hold the sleeve in place. You can do what matt did and zip tie it in but I think it would just be easier to leave some of the rubber in place

Poly won't adhear to rubber well at all. You need to remove the rubber if you want to do it like a pro, not like a ghetto foo.
