What Are These Wires for?

i just noticed that there is a clump of tangled frayed and disconnected wires hanging down from the top of my passenger side wheel well.I think they got damaged because that side is missing the plastic cover. I'm guessin they must have some important function , wasnt able to figure it out with my FSM. So can anyone possibly gimme an idea? Do you think its a possible DIY fix?

...remembering my first pics attachement: rather being a pig farmer than figuring out how to attach pigs to org...

pearl could maybe verbally define his connectors in detail; size, pin outlook, qty...

well I was moving my 93 a little while ago and looked up under there since the fender is still off. The only wires I see on that side up in the fender well is the air bag cabling. It is up top and should be covered by the plastic fender liner.

That is absolutely the only wires in the fender well though...at least above the tire.
