Ticking in the dash?

Supposedly I was banned before for posting a redneck pick but anyway it let me log in and I have a problem....

Frequently after or during use of the climate control I will get a ticking noise in the dash...sounds like i is coming from behind the gauge cluster area but sounds can be deceiving..it usually goes away after a while(around 20 minutes or less on occasion) but it's really annoying and people make fun of me calling my car the ticking time bomb.... any ideas? I do have another symptom with the climate control....the blower only works on full blast...could that unit be going bad and need to be replaced? Thanx for any ideas...no more redneck pics..I promise.

I forget the exact name, but the reason your blower only works on full blast (4) is because of your fan blower relay or something like that, which could also be causing your ticking noise (bad relay)
