Rough idle?

My 3rd Gen (automatic tranny)is shaking or sputtering when I have my foot on the brake in gear. No problem when driving though. Anyone having a similar problem? It also acts like it has a bad injector on occassion, but only once in awhile. I made the mistake of replacing 2 injectors in the past I should have done them all at once. Could it be a fuel problem? pump, regulator etc. or throttle sensor? any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a similar problem, Rough idle. Mine happens only when the car is at a stop, can feel it in the seats and the tac spudders around 500-600 rmp. I am not to sure about mine but I did a full tune up and still have the problem so at least mines not the air fuel or oil filter, plugs, belts. Also i have an extra MAF sensor that i put in and still have the problem. Any one know wut else i should check and how i would go about?
