I have an OEM look-alike aftermarket antenna and wanted to check which color wires do I connect from the stereo to the antenna again??? On the antenna the wires are red, white, and black for the ground.

I wish I could help you more but I dont remember the exact steps I took but I believe the pics will help you determine which wires you need to use.

 

What happens when an antenna gets stuck out? Normally, it slides in/out when I put the radio on/off, but recently it's just stuck up there. New antenna?

 

antenna mast cable has broken. Read the article on 4dsc to see how to change the mast.

 

I also have an antenna problem, amongst other things with this money pit of a car. The antenna only goes up when the car is on, but not started. When it's started it only sometimes goes up or only goes up a few inches. Anyone have this annoyance?

 

Yeah, I did before mine just stopped moving one day. Im geussing you have the same problem as me, or the "pre" symptoms of it.
