3rd Gen LED Turn Signal Mirror Shells (Gauging interest)

This item is not currently being offered for sale, which is why it's not being posted in the classifieds.
This is merely a thread to gauge interest in 3rd gen Maxima owners who would be interested in purchasing LED turn signal side-view mirrors.

I'm going to use the poll to make this a simple 'yes', or 'no' thing, but feel free to make comments if you have something to add.

if its on the housing i'm not sure i think a photochop would be inorder to see if it flowed with the rest of the car or if it stood out to much.

Yes, by shells I mean the fit over the existing housing and they have the LED's built in to the shell. It would look similar to the shells/mirrors seen here:

the covers look like crap, whole assemblies that have the bottom mounted signal are interesting though

Ugh! You actually LIKE the bottom-mounted signals?? Well, I can't necessarily say that I DON'T like them - just not my cup of tea. But in retrospect, any of those turn signal/mirror combos are pretty nice, IMO.

the best are obvoisly the ones with the arrow in the mirror.
yes I do like the lower signal on the mirror, that way it can be seen from all directions.

I think that they are cool on the newer cars, but i personally think that if you try and put it on a 3rd generation it would be like trying to make it something that its not... like being a poser and putting a ferrari body on your honda.. just not that drastic...

some thing just don't belong on older cars but that just my opinion. but if they were the kind that go in the mirror it might be something to think about doing since it wouldn't be visiable all the time.

I think its a great idea. In fact i had already had some ideas of how to do it...but havent gotten a chance yet to go through with it.

I have a '90 SE 5spd blk/blk...and I've replace mostly ALL of my interior lights with blue LED's. Looks crazy at night.

i would put it where it lines up with the side moldings not all the way up close to the hood but each to their own.
