water pump leaking

It started to leak after the car had been siting for awhile. It now leaks a small drip while the car is running. How hard is it to replace a water pump? Oh yea 94 black auto 99500 miles vg30de.

it's a VE30DE if it's an SE
or a VG30E if it's a GXE.
no FWD car came with the VG30DE
