removing touch up paint?

i used some touch up paint on some scratches and its look like crap up close...very bad idea...learn from me kiddies, never use that crap! now is there anyway i can remove it? also, whats something i can use the cover up scratches besides go and getting it professionally painted, i will soon but this is just a temp fix. any help woud be appreciated.

I have heard of several people who have used the touch up paint successfully. What they did was applied 5-10 thin coats, letting each coat dry, and then they buffed it smooth. They suggested using a new razor blade to scrape any excess paint off. Good luck!
