SAFC-II VE wiring
I made this diagram for you guys
http://www.digitalbeta.net/images/SA...I%20wiring.jpg
I take no responsibility if you screw up your car.
Settings
Hot Wire
6 Cylinder
Throttle '/' (goes up to the right)
MAF code 6 (from mtcookson)
notes:
-You have to cut your MAF wire. Put a male connector on one side, and a female connector on the other. Then do the oppisite for the SAFC-II wires (this way you can easily put it back to stock when you need to). The Yellow SAFC-II wire will go towards your ECU, the White SAFC-II wire will go towards the harness/MAF.
-You have 2 grounding wires. The Brown SAFC wire goes closest to your ECU, then the Black SAFC-II wire needs to be ATLEAST 1 cm away from the brown wire.
-The Apex'i directions don't mention the O2 wire, but I hooked it up anyway. Apparently it is just for reading the O2 voltage.
-Our cars are not Karman, they are hotwire, you do NOT use the Orange and Pink SAFC-II wires.
-Make sure you read the manual, and read it again, and again, and again. It is a serious tool and you can majorly screw up your engine, and that will be your own fault.
-Pay attention to the road when you are driving.
That's all I can think of for now
