Saturday is a big day for my 3rd gen

Going up to another member's garage and giving him a helping hand in doing the following:
-install Exedy Stage 1 clutch
-install resurfaced flywheel
-install rear main seal and axle seals
-changing transmission fluid (Castrol gear oil)
-change oil (gonna try Castrol high mileage instead of Valvoline)
-change coolant (or should I do a complete coolant flush?)
-lower control arm ball joints

Can't wait for this clutch to be installed. Factory one is so slushy feeling.

All fluids should be replaced regularly, so that flushing should never really be required.
