What's the deal with performance chips that supposedly can add 20 hp to your engine? I've seen them on ebay for around $25 but it just seems kinda sketchy to me. My friend just bought one because he's convinced that they work but I wouldn't plug some chip into my ECU unless i was sure it's not gonna kill my car or anything. If anyone knows anything about those or has one please respond. Thanks.
