Does anyone know how to check the codes on the ecu, and what the codes are.

Best thing to do is buy a Chilten's pt Clymer manual for the info. You have to pull the kick panel behind the radio console from the passenger's side. There are 5 modes. I think it's mode 3 you'll want to be in. But without a reference of what all those green/red flashes mean...it's just meerly a pretty light show. Get the book.
