paint stripper safe for stillen kit

paint stripper safe for stillen kit

ive been looking on google and i cant find much
anyone know of a paint stripper that would be safe for the urethane stillen kit
i want to get all the white paint off it without having to sand it for hours

dont strip it. I checked with my paint pros a while back when I was thinking about painting my kit now and painting the car and kit again if I ever decide to change colors. They say 2 coats of paint on a urethane kit is just fine and no need to strip it.

Now if you want to do it anyway I found some stuff made by Marhyde or klean-strip I cant remember. Anyway it was supposed to be for stripping paint off of plastic such as bumpers and such.

google plastic paint stripper or something like that. That is how I found it a while back.

thanks ill try that some of that stuff and see how it goes if anything ill just leave it off untill i paint the car

Try a small spot because it melted my bumper in spots. Well not really melted but more like bubble it up a little. I am telling you I would leave it alone and just sand it down with 600 grit and paint it.

Stripping paint is not fun. Trust me on this...just not worth it.

ok ill trust you ill just leave it alone im thinking about selling it but then again it makes the car look so cool
i need to start researching and practicing my painting skillz cuz the only skillz i have are numchuks and bow staff
