Rust Recall, what should I do?

While trying to trace down a short, I found an even bigger problem. My seat belt mount is just dangling there. The rust doesn't look to have spread too far, though. Maybe 4-5 inches on either side of where the mount should be, and 1-3 inches up and down from where the mount should be. My car has a lot of minor problems, though, so do you think it would be repaired under the recall, or would they just want to buy the car off me?

DMad8724 had the recall work done on his first Maxima. You might want to ask him about it.
