Sunroof Problems - HELP

Hey all! I have a ? that needs answered and I figure you are the people qho are the most knowledgable.

My problem is as follows:

My sunroof seems to be loose. When I drive down the road, gusts of wind will suck it up and down. I think the mechanism is loose, but I have no idea what to look for.

Any suggestions out there on what to look for?
Do I need to replace the whole roof, or just make some adjustments?

Thank you all in advance!!

edit: BTW, I have a 92 Max GXE

from what it sounds like is that it is not locking in all the way, not making a seal. check the bracket where the sun roof slides, the groove it gores through when opening and closing, it may be broken or loose. if you dont know what i am talking about, tell me, ill take a pic and show you, it is dark now, so if u want me to ill do it tomorrow

Pics would be great... are there adjustments on the slides?? I'll look tomorrow and see if I can make out what you are talking about. You are right, it is not locking...just seems really loose.

If I reach up and apply a little pressure with my hand while the sunroof is closed, I can push it up a tad. Just want to start on the list of fixer upper things on my car

Yah, I was thinking maybe there is something in there that could be tightened up. Maybe not. Guess I'll just fiddle with it this weekend and see if I can't figure something out.

Anyone else have any ideas???
