Rpm's going crazy!!!

Rpm's going crazy!!!
Hey everyone...my rpm guage likes to jump all around, sometimes it does it but sometimes it doesnt...where is the connecter for it in the engine...like where does the wire connect to another one...a pic would be great...thanks guys

-Thinking it needs to be cleaned
