spare engine build

ok, so the engine in my 93 runs crappy but the 92 "parts" car runs great. i am going to swap VEs and before i put the crappy engine in the 92 i don't want to just fix it, i want to know what all i should do to it before i put it back in, performance-wise. the swap itself is no big deal, i just want to know what go-fast stuff i should do before i put it in the other car.

UDP, flywheel, port the manifold, TB, and install a TB spacer.

replace water pump, exhaust studs and gaskets, and both crank seals while you have the engine out of the car.

Hey, you didn't do that to my engine when you had it out!

I would settle it up, if you fix my VTCs, though
