that's the "Sale over at Nopi" thread I put up. The mods closed that one down really fast... before anyone could even say thanks. Oh well Surprisingly the Nopi Gravity Series clutch works really well.

How bad is the snap over on the centerforce? When it gets to about .5" left on my travel, and I'm trying to ride, it'll just snap over on me.

Cops don't like the bark that comes out. Makes it fun at stoplights though. I can just dump the clutch with no gas and it'll take off.

Centerforce sucks so bad. I dont even have a turbo and I can't do more than 2 runs at the track before I have to modulate my gas so that piece of junk doesnt slip. And those wieghts on the pressure plate do nothing. Dual friction my bunghole.

yeah I wish i would have know that before I bought it I can make one pass at the track and then I have to let it cool for about 30 minutes before I can do another one. I bet when I get traction it will be just worth less. Im looking for another clutch now.

Called a high idle

Check out the Nopi Gravity series clutch. I've been running with it for a year now... and it holds up really well.

Stay with the tried and true.. don't try to save a buck on a clutch. it's one of the most important parts in the entire car for putting power to the ground.

stick with ACT or Exedy. they're both known to work well on our cars.

You know Matt, after reading that, the first thing that popped in my head was to go...

"Old timer"... Now I'm kind of worried he'll come after me with a stick yelling "come back here you little whippersnapper!"

But I guess I'll find out how well a Nopi will last... not thinking too long. It is Nopi after all I couldn't beat the deal... got it for around 1/3 of the regular price. Part of the deal for them screwing up my order.
