sway bar link and exhaust size questions (pics)

Well, i noticed that my car seemed looser in the rear after installing the fstb, so i checked out the rear sway bar and found this...
Aren't there supposed to be 2 sway bar links? Did one snap off? I have no idea what it looked like in the beginning because the old owner put on the sway bar and the exhaust which leads me to the next question. Is this the stock B-pipe? It had a little over 2.25 inch external diameter, so I am not sure because I did not install the muffler either.
Thanks for any help.

Matt93Se Sells upgraded nice ones at his SITE I bought them and they hold like none other.

I'd recommend getting them and well... everything else he has to offer. I just got his stage 1 lower tie bar to tighten up my front and the difference is phenominal.

On mine it's also bent, but not right in front of the pipe. On mine it looks like a box cut horizontally and a curved lip at both ends.

nah the previous owner did, but i get to benefit from them.
that parallel link is pretty bent, nice eyes I never would have noticed. I'm beginning to wonder how badly beat up this thing has been. Should I replace those too, or can it wait, because Matt's kit is way out of my price range for now.
For the sway bar links, will i need to weld anything or will it bolt right up to the frame where the old one is snapped off?
Mr Gone, if that exhaust hanger is not stock, does that mean the exhaust isn't, because I'm wondering if its a bigger B-pipe than stock or not. I'm not really familiar with exhaust pipes and external diameter/internal diameter numbers.
