Im getting off the high way at my girlfriends exit and I drive about a mile and WHAM!! Blow out! Car was shaking, big bang. Not good. I pull over and find out a blew out my side on my right rear. The side wall was totally gone! No one can figure what caused it to happen since the tire was at 30psi and had no visable wear on the wall.
This prompted me to go out and buy a set of 4 new Yokhama tires (needed new tires anyway, the old ones were a little worn). 340 some bucks and the tires were on sale, like 1/2 off! Now Im broke and dont have enough for the Ypipe or to play paintball. This SUCKS! I am happy that it didnt happen on the highway when I was going 90, that could have been VERY bad.
Ok, Im done ranting now, sorry about that.

it good to see you didn't get hurt though! about a year back, me and my friend were racing down the road and I had a blowout at about 50mph or so, lost control and slammed into a curb and up into someone's yard, scary *** sh*t!!! I was fine, but the car's damage was a bent oil pan and a couple other things under the car, about $800(I think) plus new tires and an alighnment!! It was a MAJOR BLOWER!!
