i am replacing my front speakers now after a successful atempt with the back speakers and had a few questions, in order to get to the speakers, i have to take the door panel off, do i have to take the window switch panel out in order to take the door panel off?

It's easy. Pop it straight up and out-unplug the wiring harness. You can clean all the gunk out between the buttons while you're at it.

i havent taken the panels of a maxima before, but on my 300zx it was very useful to get a pressure click popper tool. It preserves the pressure clips and ensures they dont break when u remove them.
