Spark plug wires and power steering pressure hose questions.
Does Nissan use NGK wires? I checked the auto parts store around here and no one carries them. I could get it online for about $60-$65 (plus ship) everywhere but would rather get it locally if its the same price.
My power steering hose leak got really bad last week and I got a replacement hose for $35 the other day. How long did it take you guys to get the job done? Any special tools needed? The hose replacement looks straight forward but any tips to get the job done easier is appreciated.

NGK is best as it even has one hair thin wire... Want best? DIY copper wiring: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/748507/12

I had to order mine... I've never a store to carry them... except maybe Napa. But that's rare. Just get it from www.internetautomart.com And help a fellow orger out.
For the PS pump. Very straight forward, and no special tools needed. If you're good, you can get it changed without too much fluid coming out. But that requires fast work.
as for a recommendation... after you change the line, put in fresh PS fluid, and loosen the lowest connection of the hose and let the fluid gravity feed. This will help eliminate a lot of air the system and extend the life of your steering system.
