If you already have an offer of $7k, then I suggest you take it and run.
either that, or throw it up on ebay and hype it to everyone you know that's into your type of work. I can admire your dedication and work put into it- it's definitely one of the best paint jobs I've seen- artwork wise, but it's just not my thing.

$2500 if you are lucky. People are either going to look at it and run, or they are going to look at it and offer 2500, maybe 3500 if they can appreciate the work done.
with an offer of $7000, take it and run if you want to sell the car at all. I doubt you are going to find anyone to offer you more than that.
