Another AC Question

Hi guys.. i finally replaced my burnt relay (RAD FAN 1) and i thought it would solve the problem turning the AC on, but it didn't turn on even with all the relays working.
1. The compressor turns on if i take a 12V tester and put in on the Pressure Switch(Either Wire)(2 Wires)
2. My Push Control Unit was resoldered but one wire(BLACK) from the (FRESH VENT CONTROL) is cut off. DOES THIS AFFECT THE AC from Turning ON?
3. What other devices should i check? Please help me out

(WIKING you might be kind of annoyed for repeating things over, but i tried my best so please again, help me thanks)

If bypassing =shorting the Pressure switch is the key to start A/C, the your liquid is low, -or- that switch is bad. Dont run compressor without knowing exactly; low liquid means low lubrication for compressor. Educate yourself with these videos, and you'll be wiser than me...

also... the shop put in a 134a refrigerant. I know that Maximas are R12. He ordered the 134a fittings.. but can this be the reason why my compressor is not turning on??
