new is expensive. is there a way to determine the color code without taking things apart? I thought i heard you could do it from the manufacture date? is this true?

So you stock all the o-rings and gaskets? I've got one that shows inconsistent resistance on my SE that needs replacing. Car seems to run ok most of the time though. Does the coolant have to be drained when removing the intake manifold collector?

the vE only requires the upper plenum to come off so no coolant to deal with I have all the o'rings and gaskets readily available.

manufacture date won't help,
new may be expensive, but so is doing the job twice.
I actualy have a set of 89-91 rebuilts in stock, I just won't sell them.
