I know that people here are consistently asking about upgrading this that or the other thing. here is an article done by a non-commercially biased magazine, that has tested some of the common and easy ways to add (maybe) HP to a stock setup and still remain "stock"

Some good thoughts: ign wiring is the first mod to make. The less resistance, the more pwr... Remember: u need WIRES.

They did not test bosch plugs!

Engine is an instrument. How they ? forgot that Exhaust swap needs balanced intake mod. You cannot get more out than u get in...

i heard that an easy way to get hp is to sell your camaro and get a something actually fast.

You'd be suprised how little it costs and how much faster both tires and car can get. These are my Hankook HTRII405's. Even on the rears they get nice and sticky and clean up anything they ran over.

a tire shaving machine.
it's got a heated blade and works like a planer on wood IIRC
