mounting OEM spoilers

I purchased a used OEM spoiler, I'm not sure how I mount it. How is the stock spoiler attached? anybody have pics? thanks.

The only place that bolts down is where the brake light is.
I think its four bolts.

The rest of the spoiler uses double sided tape, or you can use rearview mirror adhesive, like Bryan did.

My spoiler was starting to come up, now I know what I can stick it back down with, after I get my trunk painted and sanded to get the one LITTLE spot of rust off.
